Street & Insta photo spots
Not just large squares and views – these spots are also ideal for creative photos:
- Rue Crémieux – Row of pastel-colored houses, perfect for Instagram photos.
- Rue Saint Dominique – Charming street with a view of the tower at the end.
- Passage de Richelieu – Less crowded and great for photos of the Louvre Pyramid in the evening.
- Les Bouquinistes de la Seine – Book stalls + Seine view for atmospheric vintage shots.
Tip for perfect photos
Take advantage of the golden hour: Early in the morning or just before sunset, the light provides the best photo results.
Connect routes: Many spots are within walking distance of each other—plan a route, e.g., Bir Hakeim → Rue de l’Université → Champ de Mars.
Be respectful: Especially in residential streets such as Rue Crémieux – please be considerate of residents and rules.
Paris has so many perspectives that even a month is not enough to discover them all. And many of them are completely free. Pack your camera, find your best angle, and off you go!
